Depending on the size of your firm, mail delivery for U.S. Bank Plaza tenants is either hand delivered to your suite or may be picked up at the USPS mailroom on the North Tower dock. Tenants can contact the local Post Office assigned to U.S. Bank Plaza and establish their delivery address with them. The lobby level also has a designated mail drop box located in the North Tower elevator lobby along the east wall. This is for outgoing mail only and is picked up daily at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

U.S. Bank Plaza also houses a UPS overnight drop box. The drop box is located in the hallway behind Chipotle, outside of C stairwell. UPS packages are picked up at 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
